Where Architecture, Culture, and Gastronomy Meet — in Rotterdam 📍

A former port warehouse from 1923 has been transformed by MAD Architects into a powerful space dedicated to stories of migration: the Fenix Museum of Migration.

With its sculptural double-helix staircase opening up to panoramic views of the Maas River, the Fenix building is already becoming one of Rotterdam’s most iconic new landmarks.

What makes this project even more exciting for us is the presence of O Anatolian Cafe Bakery — a café and bakery concept by renowned Turkish chef Maksut Askar, bringing the rich culinary heritage of Anatolia to the heart of Rotterdam.

At Huni Parke, we’re deeply inspired by spaces that connect design with memory, culture, and identity. Fenix is a beautiful example of how architecture can tell human stories!
